Service Description
Our personal airport service provides one way transportation to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). We'll pick you up at your Fredericksburg home and make sure you get to the Austin Airport (AUS) safely and on time. For service to other airports, please contact us for rates. Rates include up to 4 individuals plus 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on bag each. Subject to availability. *Gratuity not included. Gratuity can be paid in cash, or with Venmo/Cash app.
Cancellation Policy
We realize plans change sometimes, so we have developed a cancellation and refund policy we feel works best for you and our business. Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the full service amount to hold the reservation. Cancellations or reschedules less than 7 days from your scheduled service will forfeit payment and will not receive a refund. Refunds will not be offered for guests unable to attend. Please confirm your party size prior to booking. Our cancellation policy is necessary to allow us the opportunity to provide service to others in case of a cancellation.
